Duration: 8 Weeks
- Day 1 – Functional Strength
- Day 2 – Interval Running & Core
- Day 3 – Power + Sled Work
- Day 4 – Active Recovery
- Day 5 – Hyrox Simulation
- Day 6 – Speed Endurance + Erg Work
- Day 7 – Rest
Sample Hyrox Simulation:
- 1 km Run
- Ski Erg – 1000m
- Sled Push/Pull – 50m each
- Burpee Broad Jumps – 80m
- Row – 1000m
- Farmers Carry – 200m
- Sandbag Lunges – 100m
- Wall Balls – 100 reps
